Apesar da neve já estar indo embora e as vezes as ruas amanhecerem sem o branco cobrindo tudo pelo caminho, hoje foi dia de Ice fest. O ice fest contou com diversas esculturas de gelo em frente à estação Bay e por algumas ruas espalhadas na região.
Although the snow was already leaving and sometimes the streets dawn without the white covering everything along the way, today was a Ice fest. In the Ice fest had a lot of ice sculptures in front of Bay Station and some more by city.
Em frente à Bay station a rua estava repleta de pessoas mas confortável suficiente para andar. Algumas estátuas de gelo eram bem legais com alguns detalhes internos bastante interessantes.
In front of Bay Station was full of people but comfortable enought to walk. Some sculptures were very good with some internal details very interesting.
Apareci por lá com Ali e Marina e obviamente que não demorou muito para começarmos a pertubar duranteas fotos ou fazendo piadas pela rua.
I went there with Ali and Marina but obviously that we didn´t wait long time to start to make jokes and take funny pictures on the street.
Na praça tinha algumas palhaços e homens em perna de pau brincando com as crianças e tirando fotos. As casinhas de algodão doce e o clima fez-me sentir em um seriado de televisão ou filme no qual aparecem tradicionais parques americanos.
On the square had some clowns and stilts playing with children and tooking photos. The candy house made me feel as in a television series or in a movie with traditional american parks.
Quando saímos da praça principal fomos andando pela rua em busca de um café, afinal ainda estava cedo para voltar para casa, já que aqui podemos andar pelas ruas despreocupados. Durante o caminho encontramos Doruk, Fatih (amigos de Ali) e algumas estátuas e esculturas pela rua que, pobre coitadas, tiveram que aguentar nossas brincadeiras.
When we left the main street we started to find a good coffee, after all was early to go back house and here we can walk on the street without worrying. During the way we found Doruk, Fatih (Ali´s friend) and some poor sculptures that had to endure our jokes.
É verdade que também guerriamos com bolas de neve com direito a estratégias e competição entre lados opostos da rua. Desta parte não tenho foto porque estava ocupado de mais e com as mãos cobertas de gelo, mas deu tempo de tirar foto de uma das estações dos bombeiros.
It´s true that we took the oportunity to snowball warfare with competition in both sides of the street and strategies. I couldn´t take pictures because my hands were busy on ice but after I took photos of one Fire Station.
Este foi definitivamente um típico dia canadense e agora que março está começando já vi no metro um folder com diversas atrações. Portanto, aguardem novas notícias em breve.
Definitely today was a typical canadian day, but march is comming and I saw in the train a folder with new atracttions. Waiting for new notices as soon as possible.
